Starting at the beautiful St. Mark’s Church, a Grade II listed gem dating back to the 14th century, we’ll stroll through the quaint village streets and along Lime Tree Avenue. From there, we’ll loop through the fields near Cawston Woods, offering a peaceful countryside experience (just watch out for a few rabbit holes!). As we head back into the village, we’ll pass through the roads of Bilton, taking in fascinating historical landmarks. Learn about Bilton’s rich heritage, from the ancient stone cross on the village green to Bilton Hall, a 17th-century mansion once home to writer Joseph Addison.
